- There will be no provision for Boarding and Lodging or transport for any participant.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Withdrawals made at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the tournament will be eligible for a full refund of entry fees.
Walkovers, no-shows, and withdrawals made on or after 25th October will not be eligible for any refund.
